I notice it's been a while since my last post so I'll try to give the cliff notes version of the events of the last couple of weeks and then head to bed. Here goes...

Since my last post I've;

1. Gotten a case of "The Crud" which was rid of by a combination of Nyquil, Musinex, a Robitussen/Codine mix, prayer, and food and tea made by an awesome girlfriend.

2. Celebrated my birthday with a surprise party thrown by YB at a coworker's house.

3. Celebrated YB's birthday.

4. Taken a trip to Lynchburg where I cooked kabobs made by YB and her friend on a park grill that I didn't clean but still turned out really good.

5. Found that the weather in Hampton Roads can be exactly like that of springtime in Western NY.

6. Written a post for the first time since February 24th.

I know this is pretty lame, but I need to get to bed.

Good to hear from you Jon.

But...you've got to be in love (as in "love is blind") when you say that you cooked kabobs ...on a park grill that you didn't clean, but still turned out really good!

You should have basted those kaboobs with Lysol.

I'm eating my sandwich in the O.R. Everything taste better with a little MRSA on it.

Now the barbeque grill has replaced the toilet seat as a major source of urban infection. Just make a "steak-gasket" out of foil. Better yet get your grill super hot, that will kill any pathogen worth it's Season-Salt.

Sounds like the Kabobs were delicious! Hot Fire = cooked bugs and properly cooked meat.

Grandma Dale used to say, "You have to eat a peck of dirt before you die." (I never believed some of her old sayings, but, sometimes I would just smile and wonder where she came up with some of those sayings.)

You've been having fun .... enjoy!
