I was going to delete the last post until I saw all the great comments. Normally comments are emailed to me, but none came this time. It was so melancholy even I couldn't stand it, which is saying something, and too melancholy for the email server. Anyway, I think I must have been overly hungry and didn't realize it. I had to huge meals today and my demeanor came back up. My ride around the Dismal Swamp helped too. November in the South is great.
As far as that job interview goes, I decided at some point last week against going for the position. The prospect of leaving where I am and going to that was unsettling, the bad kind of unsettling, the kind where you're making a bad decision and going out of bounds unsettling. One of the upsides to where I am right now is that I'm learning and watching more than I can take in and the kind of things I'm learning and taking in would be...hard to find elsewhere...chalking it up to learning wisdom and understanding and lessons on how to not have to learn future lessons at the School of Hard Knocks.
Oh, today marks the end of Daylight Savings Time. Be sure to set your clocks back one hour and check your smoke alarms and maybe watch a Pixar or other excellent animated film.

What about my "CHECK ENGINE" light?
Perfect, babba:-)
Your U.F. as a young man never had any problem making sure that his tummy was full (I've known him since he was 21).
And don't you dare say "Look at him now!"
Aunt Dot, I represent that remark!
U.F.
I think it's time for another meal!
